Reported thefts are on the increase in the USA, Belgium and Germany.
A lot of koi theft is put down to animals and herons, but it is not always the case!
The thieves entered the back garden of a property on Faringdon Avenue, Lutterworth and stole five koi carp worth a total of £500.
